SOUND FAMILIAR?

/ The neck that
hasn't been right since

✓Stiff and sore since a car accident or a fall

✓Turning to check your blind spot hurts

✓Headaches that started after the accident

✓Tight shoulders and upper back that won't let go

✓Tired by the end of the day from holding your head still

✓You were told to rest it. It's still not right

Rest isn't a treatment plan.

It's a pause button.

After whiplash, the natural instinct is to keep your neck still. Holding it still for too long often makes stiffness and pain last longer. Most people do best by staying gently active and building movement back with the right guidance. That's why we start by checking it's safe, then get you moving.

WHAT'S ACTUALLY GOING ON

/ Neck problems we treat every week

Different problems need different plans. Naming yours precisely is step one of fixing it.

Neck pain and stiffness after a car accident, a fall or a sports collision. Most people recover well with the right plan.

Whiplash

Headaches that started after the injury, often from the top of the neck. Treating the neck usually eases them.

Post-injury headaches

Tight, aching shoulders and upper back that guard the neck. Hands-on work and movement help them let go.

Shoulder and upper back tension

A neck that feels weak or tires quickly. Specific strength work builds your confidence back.

Weak or tired neck

Pain or tingling that travels into the arm. We assess this carefully and refer on if needed.

Nerve-related arm symptoms

A stiff neck that won't turn fully, with or without an injury. Usually improves quickly with the right care.

Stiff neck

Whiplash usually improves faster with early help.

The longer you guard your neck, the stiffer and weaker it can get. Every week you wait is a week of compensation we'll have to undo. Same-week appointments mean you don't have to wait.

The reason our results last when quick fixes don't. One plan, one team, three steps.

OUR 3 STEP SYSTEM. WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR FIRST SESSION

01

Assess

A proper conversation about what happened, then a full assessment: neck, shoulders, upper back, nerves and movement. We screen for anything that needs a doctor or a scan before we start. Most people tell us nobody has ever looked this closely before.

02

Treat

Gentle hands-on treatment from minute one: mobilisation, soft tissue work and massage, matched to how your neck is right now. You'll feel a difference before you leave the room.

03

Rebuild

A clear plan with gentle movement, then strength work for your neck and upper back, so you can drive, work and train with confidence. This is the step every quick fix skips and the reason ours doesn't come back.

No GP referral, no scan required, no fixed packages, no pressure. In your first session we'll find what's actually driving your neck pain and tell you honestly how we can help, or point you to who can if we're not the right fit.

Louise W · Fresha review · Neck

Amazing!! After struggling with neck pain for over 18 months and trying several treatments, I finally feel like I've found someone who truly understands the problem. Ema really listened, took the time to assess everything properly, and made a noticeable difference in just one session. Today I feel better than I have in a very long time. I'm so grateful and would highly recommend.

GOOD TO KNOW

/ Whiplash questions, answered

When should I see a doctor first?

Go to A&E or call 999 if you have severe neck pain with numbness, weakness, loss of coordination, difficulty speaking or a severe headache after the accident. If you are unsure, see your GP or call 111 first. We screen for these at every assessment.

Should I wear a neck collar?

Usually not. Soft collars tend to slow recovery. Staying gently active is better for most people. Your plan will tell you exactly what to do.

How many sessions will I need?

Most people need somewhere between 3 and 6 sessions alongside their home plan. We'll give you an honest estimate at your first assessment. There are no fixed packages and you'll never be booked in for the sake of it.

Can I drive?

Only when you can turn your head fully and safely to check your blind spots without pain stopping you. We can test this with you.

Can I be seen this week?

Almost always. We hold same-week appointments at Warwick (4 The Holloway), Stratford-upon-Avon (Unit 3, Avon House, 4 Mulberry Street) and Leamington Spa (REGEN Rooms, Augusta Place). Our Warwick clinic is open 7 days.

We also treat back pain, hip pain, sciatica, neck pain, shoulder pain and plantar fasciitis.

Ready to move your neck with confidence?

You've got three options: keep hoping it settles on its own, keep paying for quick fixes that last a few days, or let us find the real cause and fix it properly. Book your neck assessment at Warwick or Stratford and take the first step out of pain today.

Your first session includes a full assessment. We'll find what's driving your neck pain, or tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.

No fixed packages, no pressure.
