Tennis elbow,
fixed properly
You don't need to play tennis to get tennis elbow. Mousing, lifting, DIY, padel and carrying the kids can all overload the tendon on the outside of your elbow. We find what's overloading yours, settle it down hands-on and build it stronger than before. Get better. Stay better.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
/ The elbow that
hurts every time you grip
✓Pain on the outside of the elbow when you pick up a kettle
✓Shaking hands or turning a door handle makes you wince
✓Grip feels weaker than it should
✓Sore after a day at the mouse or a weekend of DIY
✓Flares with racquet sports, gym or carrying shopping
✓You rested it and wore a strap. It came back anyway
Rest isn't a treatment plan.
It's a pause button.
Tennis elbow is a tendon that's been asked to grip and lift more than it's ready for. Rest and straps calm it down. They don't make it stronger. Wrist strength, shoulder control and how you load your arm all play a part. That's why it comes back and why we start by finding the actual cause.
WHAT'S ACTUALLY GOING ON
/ Elbow and arm problems we treat every week
Different problems need different plans. Naming yours precisely is step one of fixing it.
Pain on the outside of the elbow with gripping and lifting. Very common in desk workers, trades and racquet sports.
Tennis elbow
Pain on the inside of the elbow with gripping and throwing. A different tendon, the same principle: load it right.
Golfer's elbow
Aching forearms from typing, mousing and phone use. Usually a load and set-up issue we can change.
Forearm overuse
Pain at the back of the elbow when pressing or pushing up, common in gym-goers. Tendons respond to the right load.
Triceps tendon pain
Wrist and thumb pain from lifting babies, gardening or tools. We work on grip, strength and how you load the hand.
Wrist and thumb pain
Arm pain that actually starts in the neck, with tingling or pain that travels. We screen for this every time.
Neck-related arm pain
Tennis elbow rarely fixes itself quickly.
Left alone it can grumble for months while you start gripping differently to protect it. Every week you wait is a week of compensation we'll have to undo. Same-week appointments mean you don't have to wait.
/ The TAP Method, applied to your elbow
The reason our results last when quick fixes don't. One plan, one team, three steps.
OUR 3 STEP SYSTEM. WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR FIRST SESSION
01
Assess
A proper conversation, then a full assessment: elbow, wrist, shoulder, neck, grip strength and your work and sport. We find the true cause of your elbow pain, not just where it hurts. Most people tell us nobody has ever looked this closely before.
02
Treat
Hands-on treatment from minute one: soft tissue work, dry needling, cupping and taping, tailored to what your elbow actually needs. You'll feel a difference before you leave the room.
03
Rebuild
Progressive tendon loading and grip strength, plus simple changes to how you work and train, so your elbow copes with more than before. This is the step every quick fix skips and the reason ours doesn't come back.
No GP referral, no scan required, no fixed packages, no pressure. In your first session we'll find what's actually driving your elbow pain and tell you honestly how we can help, or point you to who can if we're not the right fit.
/ How long does tennis elbow take?
Anyone promising to fix it in one session is guessing. Here's what we actually see in clinic when people follow their plan.

GOOD TO KNOW
/ Tennis elbow questions, answered
Do I need a GP referral or a scan first?
No. You can book directly with us as a private patient. A thorough physical assessment diagnoses most elbow problems accurately without a scan. If we think imaging would genuinely change your treatment, we'll tell you and point you the right way.
Should I wear a brace or strap?
It can ease pain in the short term while you build strength. It is a support, not a fix. We will tell you whether one is worth using for you.
How many sessions will I need?
Most tennis elbow cases need somewhere between 3 and 6 sessions alongside your home plan. Tendons change slowly, so the home exercises matter. We'll give you an honest estimate at your first assessment.
Do I need an injection?
Most people get better without one. Research suggests steroid injections can ease pain short term but may slow longer-term recovery. Loading the tendon properly is the treatment with the best evidence.
Can I be seen this week?
Almost always. We hold same-week appointments at Warwick (4 The Holloway), Stratford-upon-Avon (Unit 3, Avon House, 4 Mulberry Street) and Leamington Spa (REGEN Rooms, Augusta Place). Our Warwick clinic is open 7 days.
We also treat back pain, hip pain, sciatica, neck pain, shoulder pain and plantar fasciitis.
Ready to grip without the pain?
You've got three options: keep hoping it settles on its own, keep paying for quick fixes that last a few days, or let us find the real cause and fix it properly. Book your elbow assessment at Warwick or Stratford and take the first step out of pain today.
Your first session includes a full assessment. We'll find what's driving your elbow pain, or tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.
No fixed packages, no pressure.
