SERVING LEAMINGTON SPA · OPENING OCTOBER 2026

Physio & sports massage for Leamington Spa

Leamington Spa gets its own TAP clinic from October 2026, on Fridays (and the occasional Wednesday) at REGEN Rooms on Augusta Place. Outside those days, our Warwick clinic is ten minutes from the Parade, which is why hundreds of Leamington, Lillington and Whitnash patients already come to us. Seen the same week, treated from the first session, and given a plan that actually ends the problem.

No GP referral needed · from £65 for 60 minutes

GOOD TO KNOW

You don't need a GP referral, and you don't need a diagnosis before you come. Working out what's actually wrong is the first thing we do. If we're not the right people to help, we'll tell you straight and point you to who is.

If you live in Leamington Spa, you're spoilt for coffee and parks, and strangely short of appointment slots when your back seizes up or a niggle turns into a proper injury. That's usually when people find us: after a week of waiting lists, or a massage that felt nice but changed nothing.

• On your doorstep now. From October 2026 we're in Leamington itself on Fridays (and the occasional Wednesday) at REGEN Rooms, Augusta Place, no drive needed. Any other day, our Warwick clinic at 4 The Holloway is about ten minutes from the Parade, often quicker than crossing Leamington at school run time.

• Runners, we see you. Newbold Comyn parkrun, marathon blocks, couch-to-5k running injuries are one of the biggest reasons Leamington patients walk through our door.

• One roof, whole answer. Assessment, hands-on treatment and rehab in the same place, no being bounced between a massage therapist, a physio and a gym programme that don't talk to each other."

/ Why Leamington comes to us

What Leamington books most

Every treatment below is available at our Warwick clinic, seven days a week.

Full assessment with an HCPC-registered physiotherapist, hands-on treatment from day one, and a staged rehab plan built around your life, not a printout of generic exercises.

Physiotherapy

For pain, injuries & post-surgery rehab

Proper, targeted soft-tissue work, not a spa-day back rub. Brilliant for tight, overworked muscles, training recovery and the desk-job neck and shoulders half of Leamington seems to have.

Sports Massage

For tension, recovery & maintenance

Slower, deeper, and focused on the stubborn stuff, chronic tightness that regular massage never quite reaches.

Deep Tissue Massage

For long-standing tightness

Knee pain, shin splints, Achilles and plantar niggles assessed properly, with a plan that keeps you running wherever possible rather than telling you to stop.

Running injury clinic

For parkrunners to marathoners

Precise tools for stubborn trigger points and tissue that isn't responding to hands-on work alone, always explained first, never a surprise.

Dry needling & cupping

For stubborn trigger points

Pregnancy massage and the Mummy MOT, specialist postnatal assessment and rehab for the body that grew a human and deserves better than "it's just what happens".

Pregnancy & postnatal care

For bumps & new mums

We don't chase the pain around your body. We find the reason it started and fix that.

The TAP Method

The same three-step approach behind every five-star review whether you come from Leamington, Warwick or Stratford.

Most patients need fewer sessions than they expect, we aim to finish the job, not create a regular.

OUR 3-STEP METHOD

01

Assess

A proper investigation of what's driving the problem: movement, strength, history, training load, not a two-minute glance at the sore bit.

02

Treat

Hands-on treatment from the very first session. You should leave appointment one feeling different and knowing exactly what's going on.

03

Rebuild

A staged plan that makes you stronger than before the problem started, so it doesn't come back the moment life gets busy again.

JANET B · FRESHA REVIEW · SPORTS MASSAGE

"Stephen is a really nice guy and made me feel really at ease. I went in with hip and knee pain caused by muscle tightness. Stephen was really knowledgable and the sports massage felt thorough and like he knew what he was doing. Would very much recommend. The studio space is also really lovely and calming."

 "

JON H · FRESHA REVIEW · BACK PAIN

"I've been seeing Bethan for several months for back pain and muscle spasms. Her treatment has made a huge difference - my back feels better than it has in years. Highly professional and very effective care."

 "

PAIGE B · FRESHA REVIEW · RUNNING INJURY

"Lauren has been fantastic, really glad I found TAP clinic when I started running postpartum! I've had some injuries along the way and Lauren has helped me with physio exercises & a plan for recovery, which has meant I was back running injury free - along with some sports massage for maintance - would reccomend to everyone."

GOOD TO KNOW

Leamington questions, answered

Do you have a clinic in Leamington Spa itself?

Yes from October 2026. We're running Friday clinics (with occasional Wednesdays) at REGEN Rooms, 1 Augusta Place, Leamington Spa, CV32 5EL. Outside of those days, our Warwick clinic at 4 The Holloway is about ten minutes' drive from Leamington town centre, which is why so many of our patients already come from Leamington, Lillington, Whitnash and Cubbington.

How quickly can I be seen?

Almost always within the same week, often within a day or two. We're open

seven days with early and evening slots, so you don't have to negotiate time off work to get treated.

How much does it cost?

Sessions are from £65 for 60 minutes, with shorter follow-ups available.

You'll always know the plan and the likely number of sessions before you commit,

no open-ended courses of treatment.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. Book directly online as a private client and you can usually be seen the same week, across our Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington Spa clinics.

Physio or sports massage which should I book?

If something hurts, has changed how you move, or keeps coming back, book a physiotherapy

assessment so we can diagnose it properly. If it's tightness, training recovery or general

maintenance, sports massage is the right door. And if you book the "wrong" one, don't worry,

we'll steer you to the right treatment at your appointment.

Ready when you are, Leamington.

Three ways to get started, pick whichever feels right:

01

Book online now

See every available slot at Leamington Spa and book in under a minute.

02

Message us first

Not sure what to book? Tell us what's going on and we'll point you to the right appointment.

03

Call the clinic

Speak to a human who can get you booked in the same week.

And our promise: if we don't think we can help you, we'll say so at your first appointment and point you to someone who can. You'll never be strung along session after session.
