LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE · LEAMINGTON SPA, CV32
Lymphatic Drainage
in Leamington Spa
Most "lymphatic" treatments are just a light rub that feels lovely and changes nothing. Ours is hands-on, therapist-led drainage that actually moves the fluid, so the puffiness, heaviness and swelling finally have somewhere to go. Now at REGEN Rooms on Augusta Place, Leamington Spa.

THE BIT NO ONE TELLS YOU
Still puffy, heavy and swollen,
whatever you try?
It's not you. And it's not "just water weight."
Detox teas, dry brushing and drinking your body weight in water don't move lymph. Your lymphatic system has no pump of its own. It relies on movement and gentle, specific pressure, and when it stalls the fluid simply sits there: puffy ankles, a swollen tummy, heavy legs, that sluggish, weighed-down feeling. Getting it moving again is the first thing we do.
OUR 3 STEP SYSTEM. WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR FIRST SESSION
The reason our results last when quick fixes don't. One plan, one team, three steps, now at our Leamington Spa clinic as well as Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.
/ The TAP Method
01
Assess: find what's holding the fluid
A proper consultation about your health, your history and any recent or upcoming surgery, so your treatment is tailored to you rather than a set routine.
02
Treat: hands on from minute one
Gentle, rhythmic drainage using precise light-pressure techniques that encourage lymph flow and guide fluid where it needs to go. Deeply relaxing, and most people feel lighter before they leave.
03
Rebuild: so it doesn't creep back
Simple self-care, breathing and movement tips so the drainage keeps working between sessions and the puffiness doesn't creep back. This is the step a spa "lymphatic" massage skips.
In your first session at REGEN Rooms we'll find out what's keeping the fluid stuck and tell you honestly how we can help, or point you to who can if we're not the right fit.
/ Which lymphatic drainage is right for you?
Whether you're preparing for surgery, recovering from one, or simply want to feel lighter and less puffy, it's the same therapist-led, hands-on drainage at our Leamington clinic, tailored to exactly where you are.

WHAT WE DO
/ Conditions we successfully treat
Puffy ankles, bloating and that heavy, water-logged feeling, whether it follows your cycle, a long-haul flight or a long shift on your feet.
Gentle drainage to help ease swelling and support healing after cosmetic or general surgery, timed around your surgeon's go-ahead.
Legs that ache and feel weighed down by the evening, helped to drain so they feel lighter and more comfortable.
For the puffy, sluggish, weighed-down days when your system needs a proper reset.
A calm, restorative session that supports your lymphatic system, the body's natural clean-up network, and leaves you feeling looked after.
Feel your best before a wedding, holiday or big day, with a session that leaves you refreshed and less puffy.
Fluid doesn't move itself. The longer it sits, the heavier and puffier you feel. With Friday appointments in Leamington and same-week availability, you don't have to wait.
Why the puffiness keeps coming back
/ Puffiness that keeps returning usually has a cause
Most "lymphatic" treatments chase the feeling, not the flow, so the puffiness always creeps back. Our Leamington therapists work with how your lymphatic system actually drains, not just where you feel heavy.
From post-surgery swelling to water retention and heavy, tired legs, we've helped people right across Warwickshire feel lighter and more comfortable in their own body, and now we're in Leamington itself every Friday. Every session is gentle, one-to-one, and built entirely around you: your body, your goals, your recovery.
If it's puffy, we find out why, we get it moving, and we show you how to keep it moving.
Getting the fluid flowing again, not just masking how it feels, is the key to feeling lighter and staying that way. In Leamington, that hands-on approach is The TAP Method.
GOOD TO KNOW
/ Questions, answered
Do I need a GP referral?
No, you can book directly with us as a private patient. There's no need for a GP referral, so you can be seen quickly, often within the same week.
Where exactly is the Leamington clinic and is there parking?
We're inside REGEN Rooms, Suite B, 1 Augusta Place, Leamington Spa, CV32 5EL, a five-minute walk from the Parade. St Peter's multi-storey car park is on Augusta Place, a short walk from the door. It's pay and display, open 24 hours, and free for Blue Badge holders. We're open Fridays from 8am to 9pm, plus occasional Wednesdays.
What should I expect at my first lymphatic drainage appointment?
A short consultation, then a gentle, deeply relaxing hands-on treatment. Many people feel lighter straight away and need the loo soon after, that's the drainage doing its job.
Can I have it after surgery?
Yes, post-op swelling is one of the most common reasons people come to us. Always get your surgeon's go-ahead on timing first, then we'll tailor the treatment to where you are in your recovery.
Do you take private health insurance?
Yes, we work with most major private insurers. Get in touch or check our insurance page for how it works with your provider.
Do you offer other treatments too?
Yes. Alongside lymphatic drainage we offer physiotherapy, sports therapy, sports and deep tissue massage, dry needling and cupping, all under one roof at our Leamington clinic.
