I don't know which treatment I need, what do I book?
Book an appointment and tell us what's going on. Our team is trained across
everything here, so we'll assess you and use the right treatment, or a blend, in
your session. You don't have to work it out first.
What's the difference between a spa massage and yours?
A spa focuses on relaxation. We do that too, but every therapist here is also trained to
find and treat the cause of tension and pain, so you get results, not just a nice hour.
Can you combine treatments in one session?
Yes, and we often do. You might have needling on a stubborn knot and
hands-on work elsewhere, all built around you.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. Book directly online as a private client and you can usually be seen the same week,
across our Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon clinics.
How often should I have a massage?
It depends on you and what you're booking for. Many clients come every 4 to 6 weeks;
we'll suggest a rhythm that fits your body and your goals.
Do you offer pregnancy and lymphatic massage too?
