Megan
With over 9 years of experience in the sports industry, I've had the privilege of helping clients achieve diverse goals, from relieving migraine symptoms to enhancing competitive athletes' performance. As a sports therapist and certified UKA athletics coach, my personal journey in running since the age of 9 has driven my passion.
Recently completing marathons, I'm dedicated to supporting others on their running journeys, bringing together my expertise in sports therapy, coaching, and my love for running to empower individuals in achieving their running and rehab goals.

Bethan
With over a decade of experience in sports therapy and rehabilitation, Bethan is passionate about helping individuals recover from injury, enhance performance, and stay pain-free. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from Coventry University, she has worked with Warwickshire RFU, Midlands RFU, and Stratford Upon Avon RFC, as well as lecturing in Sports Therapy and Strength & Conditioning.
Bethan provides expert injury rehab, sports massage, and movement-based therapy for athletes and active individuals. Whether you're a professional athlete or looking to stay active injury-free, Bethan is here to help.

LAUREN
Lauren is a First-Class BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy graduate from Sheffield Hallam University and a qualified Sports Massage Therapist. Currently in the process of completing her HCPC registration. With clinical experience across NHS outpatient, community, and inpatient settings including musculoskeletal, rheumatology, cardiology, and neurological care Lauren brings a compassionate, evidence based approach to injury management and recovery.
She is known for her positive energy, strong communication, and ability to build trust with clients. Whether she’s supporting someone through rehab, delivering soft tissue therapy, or helping an active individual return to sport, Lauren is committed to helping people feel stronger, move better, and get back to the things they love pain.

ANNA
Anna is a First Class BSc Physiotherapy graduate who began her career rotating across a range of NHS specialties including community stroke services, medical inpatient care, and outpatient clinics before going on to specialise in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, where she has built four years of hands on clinical experience.
Her particular passion lies in pre and post-operative rehabilitation, working closely with clients to set meaningful goals and supporting them every step of the way to achieve them.
Anna's sporting background gives her a genuine understanding of how injuries impact athletes and active individuals, and she brings both creativity and clear, open communication to every patient relationship.

MASSAGE THERAPIST
Ema
Ema's goal is simple to help every client reach a pain free state of relaxation and wellbeing. With qualifications in Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga, and Indian Head Massage, alongside Stretch Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage, she brings a wide ranging skill set to every treatment.
She specialises in relieving tight muscles, chronic pain, and tension, and also works with post-surgical clients using lymphatic drainage to support their recovery journey.
Ema's approach is built on the belief that no two clients are the same. Every treatment is tailored to the individual whether you're looking to unwind, manage ongoing muscle tension, or recover from surgery, she'll work with you to get you where you need to be.

With a background as a professional dancer for over 10 years, Stephen understands first hand the physical demands that movement and training place on the body. Stephen is passionate about preventing injuries, reducing muscle tension, and enhancing recovery for clients of all backgrounds.

Sarah
Sarah is midwife and women's health specialised and has dedicated her career to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postnatal recovery. As a specialist in pre and postnatal care, she is passionate about helping mums feel strong, confident, and pain-free at every stage of their journey.
Sarah brings her extensive clinical experience to The Therapy and Performance Clinic, offering Mummy MOT services designed to assess and support pelvic floor health, core strength, postural changes, and postnatal recovery.
Her goal? To empower women with expert guidance, personalised recovery plans, and the confidence to return to movement safely whether that means rebuilding strength postpartum or staying active throughout pregnancy.
